I’ve been using Regal Pest control for about 7 years now. I have had nothing but good experiences. When I have bugs inside between treatments, I make a phone call and they are usually out within 24 hours to respray or address and correct the problem. All their staff has been friendly and professional, and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We have used Regal for almost 15 years. They completed the initial treatment and we have not had any issues since. They complete a quarterly treatment and we are good.

Using Regal for termite control. Doing an excellent job. Do not have any termites. However, a few days ago, we saw a few bugs with wings that looked like termites. Called Regal and the next day the very friendly service girl came to the house. We showed her the bug we saved in a cup and she said it was a flying ant (thank goodness not a termite) and they seem to be rampant this time of year. She said they will die off in a few days and probably return in another 9 years. Prompt service, friendly and knowledgeable service people. Thank you

We’ve been using Regal Pest Control for a year. We started using them because our builder uses them for all his homes. Previously we had used another pest service for about 30 years. Little did we know we’d been receiving “adequate” service for those years. Regal Pest Control does a superior job, I highly recommend their services.

I had a different service and let them go because of sporadic service even though I paid regularly. REGAL has done a wonderful job…always courteous on the phone and technicians in person, work completed on time as promised, when a callback was needed for sugar ants, they were prompt and re-checked later.

Regal Pest Control is a topnotch company! I was so impressed with their level of customer service. Every person I spoke to over the phone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had some questions since we have not needed to treat our yard for fleas in many years. I was told Richard, the owner, would get back to me shortly to discuss my questions and concerns and he called me back within 15 minutes. Richard answered all my questions, then asked what my goals were so he could make the best recommendation for me. He was very helpful, gave me options, and did not try to up sell. I felt like I was speaking to a friend who was trying to help me. Richard came up with a plan to address my needs and offered to schedule service the same day! I needed to wait until my next day off and he scheduled me for the first appointment of the day. Tony was my service technician. He arrived right on time, answered my questions, and did a very thorough job. He was also extremely friendly and professional. I am so pleased with Regal and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of the many services they offer!
