The products we use will stop wood decay, kill and

Bora-Care is a borate-based insecticide, termiticide and fungicide that is applied directly to wood. Once applied, Bora-Care penetrates the wood and kills and prevents the following:

When Regal Termite and Pest Control apply Bora-Care to the structural wood in your home, they are protecting your home both now and in the future. That's because when Bora-Care treated wood gets wet, Bora-Care effectively stops wood decay until the wood has time to dry.

Bora-Care's patented glycol formula not only penetrates wood, but because the active ingredient is a natural mineral salt, once it penetrates the wood, it remains for the life of the wood, protecting it against wood destroying organisms.

Mold fungi and decay can be serious problems for any structure that has been damaged by water. Decay fungi can literally destroy the materials on which they grow. In addition to property damage, mold can also cause environmental and health problems. The active ingredient in Mold-Care is a specific industrial disinfectant, the same disinfectant used to sanitize restaurants and hospitals. This disinfectant has been formulated to be used with Bora-Care for even greater performance against other wood destroying organisms, including subterranean termites, Formosan termites, drywood termites, carpenter ants and wood boring beetles.

Bora-Care with Mold-Care gives Regal Termite and Pest Control the tools needed to eliminate mold and provide protection for your home or business that has been damaged by water. Bora-Care with Mold-Care is applied to all structural wood, providing long-term protection against mold, algae, and wood destroying organisms such as decay fungi, subterranean termites, Formosan termites, drywood termites, carpenter ants and wood boring beetles.

Mold-Clean is the perfect cleaner to apply to remove mold and mildew stains prior to a Bora-Care or Bora-Care with Mold-Care application.

Mold-Clean will not prevent mold, but simply removes staining and discoloration. To kill and prevent mold, utilize Bora-Care with Mold-Care.

Bac-Azap stops odor and eliminates the source. In any water damage situation, odor can range from being a simple nuisance to unbearable.

Bac-Azap is a unique formulation that immediately encapsulates any organic odor. The odor-consuming bacteria in Bac-Azap will create a colony by doubling their population every 20 minutes until their food source, the organic odor, literally has been consumed.

Once there is no food supply remaining, the bacteria will die, leaving behind only carbon dioxide and water.

Bac-Azap will work to neutralize any organic odors no matter what the cause, including those from water damage and mildew, decomposing animal matter, vomit, urine, feces, sewage odors, grease, fats, proteins, garbage odors, pet odors, skunk odors, and drain fly habitats.

NiBan Granular Bait controls insect populations in damp areas.

When a large area has been damaged by water, pest populations can grow by more than 300%. Niban granular bait is the perfect solution to eliminate pest problems in water-damaged areas.

Niban is a broad spectrum bait that not only kills ant and cockroaches, but is also effective on carpenter ants, crickets and silverfish. The boric acid active ingredient in Niban is virtually nontoxic to mammals, fish and birds, but deadly to pests. Niban's weatherized granules will last through up to 4” of rain and will not degrade in heat or sunlight. Niban can be used both indoors and outdoors and is a perfect product to use in and around debris fields and near open bodies of water.
